Avangrid acquisition of PNM
Recently, PNM mailed out a notice of the schedule of hearings and filings on the merger.
For those of you who did not read it all, here is a summary of key dates/actions.
Any person desiring to become a party must file a motion by February 26 and direct testimony must be filed by April 2
A prehearing conference will be held on April 26 with Public
Comment, via ZOOM, May 4. My comments follow:
The process will involve many intervening groups who will want the PRC to force various conditions. Still, the major test is reliable electric service at fair priciing.
