Good afternoon. Attached is a flier from New Mexicans to Prevent Gun Violence announcing a new website explaining New Mexico’s Extreme Risk Protection Orders law. The procedures in this law prevent persons experiencing a mental health crisis to have access to firearms. Hopefully none of us will have a need for this law.
