Nob Hill Neighborhood Association and the League of Woman Voters of Central New Mexico will hold a candidate forum from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 17 with hosts Monte Vista Christian Church, 3501 Campus Blvd NE, Albuquerque.

You are welcome to a social time with light refreshments beginning at 6 pm followed by the forum at 6:30.

Candidates will answer questions submitted prior to the forum to the League’s email address: lwvcnmforum.questions@gmail.com as well as questions submitted by the audience at the forum.

Questions are not shared with the candidates in advance and will be reviewed and vetted by League members and a Nob Hill resident unaffiliated with any candidate.

I have attached the MS Word version (in case of other corrections/ changes for other Forums) and

the new pdf version. They both have the file extension 'amended' added to differentiate from previous versions.

Please publicize this forum!  We started voting last Tuesday (absentee and at the County Clerk’s annex).

There is still not much knowledge about this election or candidates out there.

The League of Women Voters of Central NM’s (LWVCNM) Voter Guide won’t be printed this year. 

A .pdf of it is available on their website, at LWVCNM.org.

There will also be an online voter guide at vote411.org.

Lots of voter stuff at the Sec. of State’s Voter portal at nmvote.org:

Sample ballots are available from there, by name or address.

Also lists of polling places.  They should have gotten that list in a recent mailing from the County Clerk.
