Dear Members,

Are you wondering what's next after the election? This is what's next and the clock is ticking! We have been fighting for Women’s Rights for well over a hundred years. Unbelievably the fight is still going on! How can anyone be treated as less than another? I’m not less than and neither are you! We have an opportunity RIGHT NOW to finally make the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) law before President Biden leaves office in a few short weeks.

This is the text of the amendment “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.”

Despite having fulfilled the ratification requirements, the ERA has still not been published. With just weeks left in office, we are urging President Biden to enshrine gender equality in our Constitution by instructing the US Archivist to publish the ERA.
