It’s online fundraising time again! Once again, we are using Zeffy.com.
In conjunction with the letter you received recently through the USPS, we’re kicking off a 2025/2026 Zeffy.com online fundraising campaign that we’re calling “Help LWVCNM Engage NM Voters 2025/2026!” Every election has expenses. Once the Municipal and Local Election work is completed by approximately 40 volunteers this year, there are primary and mid-term elections in 2026 to start planning for.
As you may remember from last year, one of the beautiful aspects of a Zeffy campaign is that it allows us to cast our fundraising appeal beyond just our members. That means its success depends on you! It depends on you, not only by donating, but by forwarding the appeal to your family, friends, and acquaintances.
Another beautiful aspect is that we receive 100% of each donation. To be able to do this, Zeffy.com asks donors for a little extra to cover the platform’s credit card fees and overhead. With this model our non-profit gets 100% of every donation!
You may prefer to draft your own message when you forward the Zeffy link in an email to your contacts. But, in case you are pressed for time or at a loss for words, we’ve included a message below that you might use when you forward our 2025 “Help LWVCNM Engage NM Voters” campaign to your contacts.
