DID YOU KNOW?

The League of Women Voters celebrates its 106th anniversary this week.

There are seven off-cycle local elections in New Mexico in March: Artesia, Bernalillo, Clovis, Española, Rio Rancho, Ruidoso and Santa Rosa. For elections in our counties, see information for Bernalillo and Rio Rancho in newspapers such as the Sandoval Signpost, the Rio Rancho Observer, and the Rio Rancho News

In addition, the school districts for Corona and Estancia, in Torrance County, have special elections via mail. The Corona Public Schools March 24 election is for a capital improvement question. The Estancia Municipal Schools March 17 election is a bond question. Information is available on the Torrance County Clerk website.
