The last day of the 2026 New Mexico legislative session is this Thursday, February 19th.
The annual LWVCNM program planning meeting is this Saturday, February 21st at 10 am. It’s on Zoom. An announcement with a Zoom link will be sent out soon.
The February monthly meeting is on Thursday, February 26th. The topic is New Mexico semi-open primaries. It will be important to learn the facts about this, as we expect to get many questions about it.

LWVCNM and the Three Muses Performance Collective are partnering on a performance of Failure is Impossible: A Talk with Susan B. Anthony. The performance will be Saturday, March 14th at the Q street Theater on Broadway. More information soon.

DID YOU KNOW?
LWVCNM will be providing a printed Voter Guide for the 2026 Primary Election. The new Semi-Open Primary law means Decline to State (DTS) and Independent registered voters can participate without changing their party affiliation. More information will be available on our website soon.
LWVCNM needs more volunteers to help produce the Voter Guide. See this page for details about what is needed and who to contact.
