Last month we learned about the imminent Water Bankruptcy that New Mexico is facing. This month's New Mexico Water Advocates meeting will focus on actions that we can take to address the emergency. The speakers are from the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Diane Agnew) and the Conservation District (Casey Ish). How can we reduce our water usage? LWVCNM will have a table for voter registration and information at the new resident orientation at the UNM Health Science Center on Monday, June 22.
