One of the best things you can do before voting is review your sample ballot. It shows you exactly what you'll see when you walk into the polling place — no surprises. Your Sample Ballot is available on the Secretary of States website, NMVote.gov. Get yours today, make your decisions, and save time in the polling booth. There is also a link from our website Voters and Elections page.

People vs. Politics Community Screening | Saturday, October 10:

Join Common Cause New Mexico for a community screening of People vs. Politics, a documentary about grassroots reformers working across the country to change election systems that have become increasingly partisan and divisive.

New Mexico makes a cameo in the film because the state has adopted semi-open primaries, allowing unaffiliated voters to participate in a party primary.

Visit the event page for details and registration.
