[Neighbors] Nob Hill Bar & Grill sold

I saw the Facebook page of Nob Hill Bar & Grill say that they have been sold. Has anyone seen press coverage of what the new owners plan? I've always liked the food, beers, and occaisional live music there. They are still serving alcohol but there is no public notice in the window about any transfer of license. I'm hoping the business will remain about the same. Any information is appreciated.
