[Neighbors] 2 Black Guys and a White Chrysler 300

Saw 2 black guys a little over 6 ft tall. 1 guy was half way over the wall @ the house. He aborted because he saw my neighbors dog (and me). He left in a pimped out white Chrysler 300 SRT8 (Walter White - Breaking Bad). Other guy lingered near SooBak. I reported to APD app.
