[Neighbors] 2 Black Guys and a White Chrysler 300

Thank you for this post ~ color is an identifying feature,
mentioning it is not racism. 

I had the impression it was over other
people's walls, and that was clarified (yes, jumping walls of others)
recently by the individual who sent the original post. 

Thanks to all
neighbors for their thoughts - let's keep honing our skills in
observation and communication to take the best care possible of our
neighborhood.

He aborted because he saw my neighbors dog (and me). He left in a pimped
out white Chrysler 300 SRT8 (Walter White - Breaking Bad). Other guy
lingered near SooBak. I reported to APD app.
