[Neighbors] Neighbors_nobhill-nm Digest, Vol 91, Issue 3

I’m on Richmond between lead and coal.  
My garage is in the alley behind my house.
Often there are cars parked in the alley at night with occupants smoking and drinking.  Not to mention the homeless sleeping in the alley.    It’s a good place to drink and smoke since the weeds and trees in most alleys are so overgrown.  I call the police.  I doubt they do anything.
