I have lived on Lead for twenty years and gotta say I am somewhat bemused
by this thread about people speeding on Lead and Coal.  Really, shocking.
Lets pay for a study.  I thought when the City took away two lanes of
traffic on Central for the hundred million dollar plus A.R.T. project
nobody was gonna drive anymore and the creative class would come to
Albuquerque and everyone rich and poor, washed and unwashed would ride the
pretty blue buses and sing Kumbaya.  Wanna take the pressure off the one
ways, open the valve on Central.
