[Neighbors] Fwd: Neighborhood Meeting Request for 201 Hermosa NE

We love both Humble Coffee and High and Dry. They are responsible business
owners and have added value to our community. However, I agree the
location for the proposed public house would impose a parking and traffic
burden on the residential neighborhood. It appears that there would bea
restaurant in addition to the pub which would, in my opinion, increase
traffic. It is not at all clear to me where people would park (Oh, right,
they don't need parking because people will be using ART...). Bottom
line, I support the business, but not the location.
