Mark and Board,I appreciate your continued interest in this important matter. It has been my experience that the majority of the delivery drivers for Domino's as well as the various other food delivery services (grubhub, Uber, door dash, etc) are in compliance with the traffic laws and are balancing well the demands of expedient service with safety and courtesy.  The traffic problems I observe continue to be speeding, reckless drivers on the Lead/Coal corridor often long after the restaurants are closed. I also don't believe that the motorcycle riders drag racing thru our neighborhood all weekend are at all affiliated with a legitimate business and I suspect don't even live or work close by.A greater police presence is desperately needed. Thanks for helping stay on top of this. Van Eldredge Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

NHNA sent a letter to the owner of the Nob Hill Domino's asking to ensure the drivers are insured, that they be required to not speed, and asking that they avoid using residential streets to Lead and Coal (other than Carlisle and Girard) unless delivering within the neighborhood.   The owner has responded to us that he desires to be a good neighbor in our community, that he requires the drivers to be insured, and that he requires drivers to drive safely and not speed. The owner also said he may consider limiting driving through residential streets. We are encouraged that we have received a positive response thus far.  We are now in need of you to inform us if you have noticed improvements in the driving of Domino's employees. If you are still experiencing issues, we would like to know as well. This will allow us to continue the conversation until these issues are resolved. Thank you for your assistance!Viva Nob Hill!Your neighbor,MarkR. Mark NelsonSecretaryPublic Safety Committee ChairmanNob Hill Neighborhood Association
