[Neighbors] Albuquerque Police App to Report Issues

Good evening neighbors,

I want to share a tool with you that makes it much more convenient to
report crime and suspicious activity. APD has a mobile app called
"ABQPolice". It can be downloaded from your mobile device's app store.

The "In Progress Report" function allows you to report an issue, with the
ability to make notes and take photographs to help add to your report. The
app has other functions that may be helpful as well.
