Gary and board,Andrew and Ashley have done an excellent job with their current business in our community. This will undoubtedly be no different. I saw a recent news story in the Business Journal highlighting their plans for this new endeavor. The architect renditions featured in the story really looked fabulous. I look forward to enjoying the food, drink and atmosphere they are bringing to my neighborhood. I fully support the application. VanSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

When input is neutral or positive we generally don’t develop an association position which results in approval.  If input suggests strong concerns or directors have strong concerns we will call a special meeting and alert the community through our email list. Areas of concern sometimes form around expected impact on community safety and quality of life and factors including but not limited to calls for APD service at applicant's existing operations and security plans. Locations near Residential Zone Districts (IDO 14-16-2-3) can be problematic, particularly if affected neighbors oppose. Hours of service and services offered are not generally part of the hearing officer’s consideration, but may affect the association’s position. Naturally, neighbor input is crucial.  We will notify the email list, the liquor hearing officer, and the applicant of the association’s action.  All members of the community are free to provide written comments to the hearing officer or attend the CABQ hearing in a personal capacity. #VivaNobHillGary EysterPresident, Nob Hill Neighborhood Association(505)991-1388meyster1 at me.com   www.nobhill-nm.com
