Thanks for your thoughtful letter, Jean. You are so right about the need for a parking structure. Pat Davis, are you listening? Other cities that are revitalizing their “core” have parking as an integral part of their development . If you have noted the combination in Nob Hill of Farmacy Sunday breakfast and the newly opened City on a Hill Church, you must have seen the incredible influx of cars. Obviously the ART bus was not the answer to bringing customers to our neighborhood. Some new thinking is in order.
