[Neighbors] Cannabis retail conditional use request

I'm confused. I thought this matter was already put to bed? Request for
input was sent, those that wanted to, gave input, done. Then there was a
meeting where the few that showed were opposed and the request was denied.
Now there's a request for written input to the ZHE. Do they not get the
results of the replies to the original email? If no, what's the point? We
could just skip the back and forth and you could just say hey, if you have
opinion, here's the place to submit it.
