[Neighbors] Chili Drop???

Good morning all.  The New Year's Eve Chile Drop was started by Nam
Tran.... owner of Studio N and Cafe Nom Nom that were once located in the
current Lumen location.  Nam started the Chile Drop in 2009 and Nob Hill
Main Street partnered with him many times over the years to put on the
event.

Since Nam's departure from Nob Hill we have not done the drop.  I believe
the last year we did it in Nob Hill was 2018.
