[Neighbors] Cannabis retail conditional use request

I also disagree with exceptions.
Because of some of the medical benefits of cannabis, there seems to be a
perception that it’s good for you and that it’s not an issue. That is not
the case.
It is, mostly, a recreational drug that has little benefits and there are
many studies that show it’s negative affects on cognitive function. There
are more than enough dispensaries in our neighborhood and everywhere you
walk, we are now forced to smell the smoke from those that choose to use
it.
