[Neighbors] Cannabis retail conditional use request

I am against any new cannabis establishments. I was concerned with the density when they were for medical use and so now reject the idea of more for any reason, medical or recreational use. The elephant in the room is that altering our mental state is not dealing with the root cause.  I vote NO to new cannabis retail.
