[Neighbors] Perplexed

Some nice person moved my trash bin from the street and placed it up my driveway today.  Thanks nice person.  At the same time my newspapers vanished from the driveway. Not sure what is going on.  Maybe just a trade-off??  Thanks for moving the trash bin and enjoy the newspapers.
