[Neighbors] USPS Food donations

[JRB]

I thought today (second Saturday in May) was the day USPS food donations were to be made.  Donations were to be placed by mail box and picked up by mail carrier. There was no pickup by my carrier.  Where can I deliver my food donation?  Any post office?
