[Neighbors] Comcast Cable TV Outage

Thank you so much Sharmin Dharas.  It was great to find out the real reason for the long outage.  Previously, when Comcast Internet has gone down; it was only for 2-3 hours.  I certainly got spoiled by having Internet.  However, I do completely rely on it for my work as Computer Repair Dude.

I was gone for the afternoon.  When I returned at about 4:00 PM I found everything restored.So on I go with Comcast gouging as the only player.  Get upset each month when I write the check.  Problem is there is nowhere else to go.  Rip-off.
