[Neighbors] Zoning request for cannabis consumption area at 3417 Central Ave NE

The limitations of cannabis business were set up for a reason.  I do not
think adding more in the Nob Hill area is a good idea.
I am not able to attend the meeting but I do hope my wishes are made known
as being against this.
