[Neighbors] Zoning request for cannabis consumption area at 3417 Central Ave NE

Greg,

Can you clarify? From what was sent it seems that it says both that they
are requesting permission for consumption AND conditional use to allow
cannabis retail within 600 feet of another cannabis retail. Is that the
case?
