Thank you very much for this good info. We will report this tent and any
others (or van living on our streets). While we can probably all agree
compassion is important and we want to help (especially those with mental
illness), we also don't want our beautiful neighborhood ruined by tents,
people sleeping in parks, van living on streets. Those homeowners who live
around that tent on Wellesley or any other tent/van, have lost value in
their homes (usually most people's biggest asset). Who would buy a home or
rent near a tent? No one. That's why our friends lost so much value in
their Portland home. Because the neighborhood did not handle people living
in tents until it became out of control (and they got assaulted by the guy
living in the tent) and they lost over $100k when they finally had enough
and sold. We still are not clear on who in Nob Hill is tasked with
reporting these issues? When a neighbor let's their old friend permanently
park his junky van in their driveway, and then ruins the property value of
those homes around that home, you don't want to pit neighbors against
neighbors, that's why you have a designated person in Nob Hill to report
that issue and take the responsibility off the neighbor to report. Thank
you to everyone reporting tents/vans and working to help solve this issue.

Michael
