[Neighbors] Retail Cannabis Stores in Nob Hill at 3636 Monte Vista Blvd NE and 629 Amherst Dr. NE

Word on the street is that when codes were checked for Lemon to get a
business license, the pre-school nearby didn't actually have a license, so
Lemon couldn't be denied. I'm not certain that's true, just what I heard.

Verdes is about 330 feet from Lemon, door to door.

Lemon is about 240 feet from Jubilation.
Lemon is ~218 feet from the pre-school.
Jubilation is ~240 feet from the pre-school.
Verdes to the pre-school is ~347 feet.
