What: Col. D. K. B. Sellers filed the plat for the first part of Nob Hill on February 7, 1916 at 4:15 pm. People from throughout Nob Hill will celebrate this event with proclamations, toasts, and cake, and then present the original plat to the County Clerk for ceremonial refilling.  All are welcome!
