One thing missing from this ART conversation is the fact that we will be spending hundreds of thousands on fossil fuel busses.  For those of you who say that those of us who are against ART,  are anti-progress…… I ask you, how progressive is it to add environmentally unfriendly fossil fuel busses when there are alternatives available?
