Senator McSorley:
  I wonder if you are at all aware of the Nob Hill residents' concerns with regard to the ART project.  This project is being stuffed down the throats of citizens under the power of Mayor Berry.  This project needs to be seriously examined and should not be considered a 'done deal.' What can you do for Nob Hill, your neighborhood?
