Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO)
Module 2 Draft Document
The second of three portions of the City's IDO, which is intended to replace the existing zoning code, has been posted on the project webpage.
Module 2 includes a new section on Development Standards (e.g. building heights, setbacks, landscaping and parking requirements, etc.) to build on Module 1 sections, which are unchanged in this draft.
