Could be promising, JRB. Whenever I see those I think of a number of streets in Nob Hill that might benefit from one. Gary

Subject: [Neighbors] Traffic Speed
I have noticed that lighted traffic speed indicators have been installed on Washington, North of Lomas. The speed limit is 30 MPH and the signs flash red when you are going over that limit. Just wondering whether such technology would benefit the speeding problem in the Coal/Carlisle area as so often mentioned on this listserve? Probably not, but just a thought. Certainly would not increase the problem.
