Second EPC Hearing
The Environmental Planning Commission's (EPC) second public hearing time and location have been changed.  Due to lower-than-expected turnout at the first hearing, the second hearing is being shortened and is moving back to the EPC's typical meeting location.  
  • Thursday, August 25: Plaza del Sol, 600 2nd St. NW, Basement Hearing Room, 3-7 p.m.
Response to Comments
A supplemental staff report and a table of staff responses to written comments and testimony from the first EPC hearing are now available for review on the City's website. 

City Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO)

Module 3 of 3 has been posted on the project webpage for your review.  The document can be viewed online or downloaded for printing.  Hard copies will be available for review at ABC Libraries and for check-out from the Planning Department next week.

Module 3 focuses on review and approval processes for various development projects, including zone changes. 
Please join us for one of several public meetings to walk through proposed processes.
  • Monday, August 29
    • 5:30-7 pm:  Patrick J. Baca Library (Central/Unser), 8081 Central Ave. NW
  • Tuesday, August 30

    • 1-2:30 pm: Plaza del Sol, Basement Hearing Room, 600 2nd St. NW 
    • 6-7:30 pm: Hiland Theater, 4800 Central Ave SE

ABC-Z is a project to update the ABC Comp Plan and overhaul the City's Zoning Framework
