EPC Recommends Approval
The Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) voted unanimously to recommend approval to the City Council in the third hearing of the ABC Comp Plan update on September 1, 2016.  

The project team would like to thank all those who sent comments and who testified at the hearings.  The EPC draft of the Comp Plan, staff reports (including an attached spreadsheet of staff responses to all comments), presentations, and closing remarks are available online here.

The Plan moves next to the City Council's Land Use, Planning, & Zoning Committee, likely in late October 2016.

Thank you for attending meetings about Module 3 on August 29 & 30. The presentation, given at each meeting, is available online here.

Module 3 of 3 is available on the project webpage for your review.  The document can be viewed online or downloaded for printing.  Hard copies are available for review at ABC Libraries and for check-out from the Planning Department by calling Carol Toffaleti at 505-924-3345.

Please send comments by September 23, 2016.

Module 3 focuses on review and approval processes for various development projects, including zone changes. 

ABC-Z is a project to update the ABC Comp Plan and overhaul the City's Zoning Framework
