Please see the link identified below in the email from Andrew Webb.  Nob Hill has been granted a Character Protection Overlay in the new zoning changes being made by the CABQ, ABC->Z, IDO, Module 3.  Please review the information provided to us in this document.

Hi Andrew,

 

It is my understanding that a Character Protection Overlay has been applied to Nob Hill in the most recent version of the IDO. 

 

First, can you verify that is the case?  If so, does that appear in print somewhere, like in Module 2 or Module 3?
