ABC Comp Plan - Changed Schedule Land Use, Planning, & Zoning Committee Hearing City Council has scheduled the Comp Plan Update hearing for Wednesday, November 16 at 5 p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 9th Floor, City Hall.  You are encouraged to attend the hearing and testify. Parking under Civic Plaza will be validated.   Written comments for LUPZ consideration are now due by Friday, November 4 to Crystal Ortega, clerk of the Council: Email:  cortega@cabq.gov Mail:  One Civic Plaza NW, PO Box 1293, Albuquerque, NM 87103 An overview presentation made to the full Council at a study session on October 17 is available online here.  Redline Draft A redline draft is available here on the project website for review.     Text in red reflects recommended conditions of approval from the Environmental Planning Commission.    Red teardrops next to the changed text note the number of the EPC condition recommending the change.    The original conditions are available in the EPC's Notice of Decision here.
