Bernalillo County and the City of Albuquerque Invite the public to attend a FREE Mental Health First Aid Course

 

It will take place on Saturday, Nov. 5, 8 a.m. to 5p.m. at the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s office Regional Training Academy, 415 Tijeras NW, 4th Floor. Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour training certification course which teaches participants the potential risk factors and warning signs for a range of mental health problems including: depression, anxiety/trauma, psychosis, eating disorders, substance use disorders and self-injury.
