Hi All:  It looks like it may be time to replace my old HVAC unit.  I have used Wagner Mechanical in the past.  Good work but always seemed somewhat pricey. (Get what you pay for?)  Any other recommendations?  Anyone installed a HVAC unit lately as I am wondering about the cost - 1200 sq.ft. house.  Thanks.
