Deputy Felicia Romero, Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department AGENCY ***BEWARE*** PLEASE SHARE A phone scam is ongoing around Bernalillo County. The scam artist is calling citizens pretending to be a BCSO deputy or detective and informing citizens that they have a warrant for their arrest. The scam artist directs citizens to call a number in order to receive payment instructions to clear the warrant. The offender may also claim missed jury duty and request a fee in lieu of an arrest warrant.
