December 2016 - Project Update We look forward to seeing you soon! ABC Comp Plan Land Use, Planning, & Zoning (LUPZ) Committee Hearing Reminder!  Join us for the second hearing on the Comp Plan Update hearing on Wednesday, December 14 at 5 p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 9th Floor, City Hall.  The project team has posted responses to written and public comments on the project website, including lists of proposed substantive, editorial, and clerical changes.  If recommended by LUPZ, these changes will be incorporated into a Greenline draft for review by the full Council in hearings in January 2017. Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) Join us tomorrow, December 8 at 1 p.m. for an overview presentation of the IDO at a study session after the regular Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) hearing in the Basement Hearing Room, Plaza del Sol, 600 2nd Street NE. You are encouraged to attend, but no public input will be taken at this time. The presentation is available as a PDF on the project website here. Another study session has been scheduled by the EPC for Thursday, January 5 at 3:30 p.m. in the same location.
