Local elected officials (members of the NM House of Representatives) will be offering the Grassroots Lobby Training on January 11th from 6-8 p.m. at St. Mark's Episcopal church. Come to learn how to be an effective citizen lobbyist. In the first part of the training, you will learn the concepts behind lobbying. In the second part, you will have the opportunity to hear about specific legislation to support or oppose in this upcoming session and about what you can do to help.
