ABC Comp Plan Update

 

On Monday, March 6, after hearing public comments, Council voted to continue the hearing on the updated ABC Comp Plan to Monday night, March 20, 2017 at 5 p.m.

 

Council is not expected to take additional public comment on this agenda item, but Councilors will discuss and vote on proposed amendments, and we are hoping for a final vote on whether to adopt the updated Plan.

 

Amendments:

Staff has prepared amendments based on public comments and Councilor requests. Members of the public have also submitted amendments. These amendments, and an overview table of the order and intent of each, are available for review online via the link below.

Attend the hearing:

Integrated Development Ordinance

 

EPC Hearing

The Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) is scheduled to hold the first and second hearings on the Integrated Development Ordinance on Thursday, April 6 and Monday, April 10, from 1-8 p.m. in the Vincent E. Griego Chambers, City Hall.

 

You are encouraged to attend and give verbal testimony. Public comment will be taken throughout the afternoon and evening, so come when you can!

 

Written comments will be taken throughout the review and approval process, expected to take at least six months.

 

To beonsidered at the first hearing, submit written comments by the following deadlines:

  • To be included in the staff report for EPC consideration on April 6, 2017, please submit comments by 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
  • To be included in the packet for EPC consideration on April 6, 2017, please submit comments by 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 (48-hours prior to the hearing).
