Bob, it’s the base problem with education, poverty springs from a popular that end up without the tools to obtain a job.  And add to that the mentality of the community is sold on the false idea that the problem can be solved by increasing the police control of this group of people ….instead of creating services that encourage people to join the rest of society.

Tom,

After the car crash here yesterday I picked up three small liquor bottle from my front yard along the sidewalk.  One day someone threw a large liquor bottle against the side of our house…. It is nothing now to see beer bottles and trash tossed out along the Coal curb side where drivers toss out their empty bottles.  The traffic flow on foot and by cars/trucks has increased a lot here now.  I pick up all kinds of garbage and wrappers etc from the front of our house now and along Coal.

Sincerely,

I had someone throwing pieces of asphalt at muy house and ended up breaking my window, He was at the bus stop o.j. Coal & Carlisle, He seemed to be out of it. There has been an increase of drinks and homeless people sleeping and hanging out at these stops, Maybe the bus shelter needs to be removed. Any solutions ??
