This is really addressed to Adrian Carver. I have put in a request into 311 to have the bench at the bus shelter at Coal & Carlisle removed.  I am hoping this may help solve the problem with homeless people sleeping on the bench and people with addiction people with addiction problems from hanging out in the shelter. I am not sure how much clout I may have with my request, So, I thought that you may also put in a request, since you are the Pres. of the NHNA.  Since my kitchen window faces the bus shelter, I am able to see that very few people ever catch the bus at this location.
