Hi Commander Yara,

 

I hope you and yours are well.

 

I know it’s a challenging moment all around, but we need APD eyes on Lead-Coal between Washington and Yale.

 

The reckless driving (speeding, drag racing, etc) is out of control.  The street feels lawless.  

 

Several high-impact collisions since the beginning of March.  See photos below and our photo album:
