June LUPZ Hearing

 

Due to the current COVID-19 public health emergency, the following bills will be heard by the Land Use, Planning and Zoning (LUPZ) Committee of the City Council on Wednesday, June 10th at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.

·     Agenda and instructions to comment

 

(Please note the earlier than usual start time.)

 

·     IDO Annual Update 2019 (O-20-10)

·     June 10, 2020: LUPZ hearing will include a staff presentation of the bill and associated amendments, and public comment will be taken.

·     Note: This bill is also scheduled to be heard by LUPZ at a second hearing on June 24th, 5:00 p.m. in the Council Committee Room.

·     Redline Draft: incorporates proposed Technical Edits as recommended by the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC)

·     City Council amendments:

·     Packet A: Amendments reviewed by EPC

·     Packet B: New Amendments proposed since EPC review

·     North 4th Corridor Character Protection Overlay (CPO) Zone (O-20-9)

·     June 10, 2020: LUPZ hearing will include a staff presentation of the bill and associated amendments, and public comment will be taken.

·     Note: This bill is also scheduled to be heard by LUPZ at a second hearing on June 24th, 5:00 p.m. in the Council Committee Room.

·     CPA Assessment Order (R-20-27)

·     Note: This is expected to be the only LUPZ hearing for this item.

·     As introduced, this bill proposes the CPA process to begin in June 2020; however, given the current public health emergency, an amendment will be proposed to revise the start time for the CPA assessment process.
