Hi Sherry,
The default "flowering shrub package" that opens up in the drop down menu on the right does have those elevation requirements, but many of the other plant packages [like the native pollinator plants package, described as "Package contains 14 New Mexico Forestiera, 14 Apache Plume, 14 Skunkbush sumac, and 7 Rocky Mountain Penstemon. For specific species characteristics see individual seedling descriptions. This package plants that are preferred by our native pollinators] have lower elevation requirements. There are over 70 different species offered, including desert willow, so it looks like there's something for everyone in our state! :)
Thanks, Heather

No, but it looks like a nice selection of plants.  However, they recommend elevation of 6500-10,000 feet

Good afternoon all,
Hope you are doing well and staying healthy! Quick question, to repeat the subject line: has anyone ever bought seedlings from the NM forestry conservation program? Here’s the link: https://wwwapps.emnrd.state.nm.us/fd/treepublic/OrderOnline.aspx
They have a lot of great native shrubs and trees, and even a couple penstemons....in bundles of 49 plants! A bit much for one yard, but maybe a good bargain divided among a group of folks. My question was more about the size of the plants, as seedlings I imagine they can’t be very large/older than a year. If you’ve ever bought before, I’d be curious to hear about your experience.
V/r, Heather
